First eleven years in Peru.  Not Lima, but Chimbote, a small fishing village.  Lots of ceviche.  Then Mexico City for 2 years and 1 giant earthquake.  Northern Virginia in late 80's for Middle School, High School and ESL. Interior Design Degree and then to NYC for Fashion Institute of Technology.  Degree in textile/surface design.  7 happy years of product design and development with Hable Construction.  First wave of gentrification to Greenpoint, Brooklyn.  Marriage, birth, maternity leave, custom made felt wedding ring pillows, birth again, more felt creations.  Aching hands = goodbye sewing, hello painting, watercolors, Instagram likes, stationery line plus 2 great years at Tom Delavan interior design firm.
